can continue doing so. They have been doing it for over 30 years (my tenure)
all without one instance of problem. Not one! Note that we can design,
construct, coordinate, certify and close out the entire home as a package and
yet somehow we are incapable of inspecting and repairing a residential property
(giving the owner an inspection report) without a conflict? Where did that come
from? History bears the exact opposite out as truth.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
