and met with the Government<BR>Appropriations Committee regarding House Bill
713 - Home Inspections and<BR>Mold Related Services. All went well. The
committee listened to our<BR>concerns and were not aware of the potential
problems the language of<BR>the bill created and failed to fix. They mentioned
getting your e-mails<BR>and phone calls - give yourself a round of
applause...<BR><BR><BR><BR>They passed the bill so that it can go on the next
step, council<BR>meeting. It is at this meeting that the ability exists to
change the<BR>language of the bill - and they want our changes
considered.<BR><BR><BR><BR>I will be meeting with representatives next week to
work out language<BR>that will protect our rights.<BR><BR><BR><BR>We are not
out of the woods yet - but we can see the edge of
the<BR>forest....<BR><BR><BR><BR>Have a blessed weekend - I know I will sleep

legislature circumvents the <BR>authority of the Florida Building
Commission and removes the IRC fire <BR>sprinkler requirement, ISO will
drop all building departments one <BR>BCEGS class. So, if your
jurisdiction is a 4, it will drop to a 5 if <BR>everything else remains
the same. Something else to look forward to <BR>for us and higher
insurance rates for our citzens courtesy of the
