that are commenced after July 1, 2008. One would assume that any design, for permit,
which started after this date would need to meet a green initiative. The section
does not define what standard (silver, gold, platinum, etc.) it needs to meet
as far as the amount of “green initiative”. Seems the law has a
lot of mother hood and apple pie and sounds good but no hard core requirement
as to any level of energy efficiency beyond the FBC energy efficiency
requirements.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
