Sounds OK to me, but what does that have to do with Unlicensed contracting ? Sounds like something is missing. Is this a electrical project, or a full building ?. In order to be accused of unlicensed contracting, you would have had to work the project yourself, or something like that. What proof do you have that the permit holder was on the job full time, and not just pulling the permit and turning the reigns over to you ?. I would go to the building department and get their support in defending yourself against these allegations. They would surely know the permit holder and what is going on in their area.<BR>
