the original submitted documents</SPAN>, and either contractor can request
inspections and/or do the work.</P>
<P>This will require all related documents indicating scope of work<SPAN
class=355281219-11122009>. The original submitted documents may not be
referenced or used, as they are already part of a permitted package.</SPAN>These
documents will be reviewed and approved by the City of Oviedo, Building
Department, and be on the jobsite at time of inspection as required by Florida
Statute. <SPAN class=355281219-11122009>All related fees are applicable for
application and permit.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN class=355281219-11122009>An issue with the Certificate of Occupancy may
arise unless the initial sub-permit has expired or rescinded by the contractor,
as the original permit number will be referenced relating to the sub-permit when
closing out required inspections.</SPAN></P></DIV></SPAN></FONT></FONT>
