certification to the US Department of Energy that Florida&#8217;s current energy code
for commercial buildings is 15% more stringent than the national standard
designated by DOE. Approved the report on Florida&#8217;s Energy Code and regulated
utility company energy conservation programs to be transmitted to the Florida
