recall when a conflict occurred between FBC and State FPC or NFPA, in the 80&#8217;s
there was a rule adopted by the State referred [generically] as the Conflict Resolution
Law. In essence, the more stringent code or rule would apply. This was true for
definitions, applications, etc. And of course the FBC applies to the structure primarily
whereas the FPC applies to life safety within the structure and secondarily
means of egress.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
