[Florida Code Talk] Expiration of Provisional License (Chapter 468, Florida Statutes)

One of the questions I would want answered is: "Does DBPR notify a
building official when an employee with a provisional, or any license,
has a license expire, suspended or revoked?"

If the answer to that question is "No", that is very troubling. If the
expiration of a license is not important enough for DBPR to inform the
BO, then how can we hold the BO fully accountable for the license
status of all employees under the BO's control?

I am not saying that the BO is not accountable but I think we may have
a system problem that mitigates SOME of that accountability. In order
to fix this, DBPR must provide notification to the BO when an
employee's license is suspended, revoked or expires.
