We have not been able to find this. Unless it is required by the Florida Dept. of Hotels and Restaurants. FBC Plumbing 2007 SECTION 607 HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM 607.1 Where required. In occupied structures, hot water shall be supplied to all plumbing fixtures and equipment utilized for bathing, washing, culinary purposes, cleansing, laundry or building maintenance. Exception: In nonresidential occupancies, hot water or tempered water shall be supplied for bathing and washing purposes. The delivery of cold water only shall be permitted to be delivered from all hand-washing facilities except where hot water is required by law. So where is the hot water required by law H. If a business ( food ) is leasing space and the COMMON AREA restrooms are to be used by all in the same building.....is there anything in the code that states that the restrooms MUST have hot water.... The food business portion has 3 handsinks that do supply hot water for the employees of said food business.
