* Complete a course of study (approved by the department) of no less
than 120 hours that covers the following components: structure,

conditions that affect the structure;

* Maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy in an amount
not less than $300,000.
*  Apply to the department to take a licensure examination;

Grandfathering Clause: A person who performs home inspection services
may qualify to be licensed if the person meets the licensure
requirements of this bill by July 1, 2010.

Continuing Education: Licensees are required to obtain 14 hours of CE
every two years.

**Mold Remediators have different licensing requirements.
