Marquis Issue: Vertical accessibility to the cold plunge pool in the spa area. Action: Application withdrawn by applicant. 2. Miami Management, Inc. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of an office building. Action: Waiver approved, based on disproportionate cost. 3. Hialeah Race Park Issue: Vertical accessibility to all rows of seats in a race track facility. Action: Waiver approved, provided a barrier is installed to prevent non-disabled patrons from standing in front of wheelchair users at the seating area nearest the track. 4. ANF Group, Inc. Issue: Vertical accessibility to second floor offices. Action: Waiver approved, based on disproportionate cost. 5. Southern Manatee Fire and Rescue Station Issue: Accessibility to toilet facilities used exclusively by firefighters. Action: Waiver denied, as no hardship was demonstrated. 6.
